What it does

Identifies your direct reports and summarizes their active goals and recent submitted Updates. It can surface visible feedback for individual team members, where your Lattice permissions allow it.

When to use

Use before a manager meeting, team planning session, or series of 1:1s when you need a permission-aware snapshot of your direct team’s stated priorities and progress.
