I’m an SPHR certified HR leader with 7+ years of consulting experience supporting 25+ organizations, primarily high-growth startups. Through Connery Consulting, founded in 2007, I provide fractional HR support up to the Head of HR level. We partner with founders and leadership teams on HR strategy, compliance, employee relations, HRIS and PEO implementation, and building scalable people operations infrastructure that supports sustainable growth.
