I founded Lake Effect HR Consulting, based in beautiful Michigan, after years of corporate HR experience across SaaS, Aviation, Automotive, and Manufacturing sectors. I now have the privilege to partner with startups and fast-growing businesses to support their success stories, guiding them through change, expansion, and transformation. All of which have people problems that need to be solved.
