Lattice Ranked 6th on Okta’s Fastest Growing Businesses 2021 List

Lattice, the leading people management platform for businesses with people-first cultures, has been recognized as one of the fastest growing businesses on Okta’s 2021 Businesses @ Work Report, ranking 6th overall.

The 2021 Businesses @ Work Report is Okta’s seventh yearly in-depth report into how organizations and people work today — exploring workforces and customers, and the applications and services they use to be productive.

"Our sixth fastest growing app is Lattice, a people management platform that helps managers develop teams and keep employees engaged, from anywhere,” quotes the report. “It’s noteworthy that an app supporting employee culture is ranking as a fastest growing app. The last time an HR-related tool appeared in this category? BambooHR in 2016."

According to the report, Lattice ranked as the sixth fastest growing app overall, with 109% year-over-year growth, and has joined the top HR tools for the first time and quickly rose to seventh place.

This year, as the pandemic evolved into a global concern, businesses turned to technology to stay afloat. Companies adapted their strategies to support their newly remote workforces and organizations quickly developed new online experiences for both their customers and their teams. And the year wore on and the pandemic accelerated its spread, tech solutions once preferred only by innovative “early adopters” became survival tools for companies across all industries, and the population as a whole.
