2023 was a year of adaptation and innovation in HR. People teams rose to every challenge, including supporting employee wellbeing, managing the turbulence of layoffs, and riding the AI wave. In fact, our 2024 State of People Strategy Report revealed HR teams stepping into the new year are feeling stable, hopeful, and engaged.
We’re honored to support more than 6,000 companies as they strive to make work meaningful for every employee. With over a million users, Lattice helped employees share public praise 347,163 times, and private feedback 663,740 times.
We also helped HR teams exceed expectations for survey participation: Lattice customers averaged a 78% participation rate, compared to the global average of 72% revealed in our 2024 State of People Strategy Report. Here’s a look back at what else we accomplished together in 2023.
We know there are more challenges ahead, but we believe HR teams are well-positioned to advocate for employees, implement innovative strategies, and make a positive impact on business outcomes.
