Unlock talent insights instantly with Lattice AI.

Your Lattice people data holds enormous potential. But without the right tools, it’s difficult to surface the insights you need when you need them. Managers and HR leaders often spend countless hours combing through reviews, feedback, and survey data just to spot trends or prepare for conversations. 

With Insights from Talent Data in the Lattice AI Agent, you’ll be able to chat directly with your Performance, 1:1s, Updates, Feedback, Engagement, Grow, and Goals data to get instant answers. Ask questions like “What were my biggest wins last quarter?” or “Where should I focus my growth based on recent feedback?” and the Lattice AI Agent will surface clear, personalized insights across all your talent data. 

And later this year, you’ll also be able to take action directly in chat, like adding 1:1 talking points, sending feedback, or drafting an update — in seconds.

Soon, the new AI Meeting Agent for 1:1s will do that manual work for you. When enabled, it will automatically join your meeting to take notes, summarize discussion points, capture action items, and even suggest next steps. The best part? It’s all synced back to your Lattice 1:1s, so your employee can access the data alongside your weekly updates, reviews, growth areas, feedback, and other talent data. 

That means you can focus entirely on the conversation, while Lattice ensures nothing gets lost in translation. It’s one more way People + AI are working together to strengthen the moments that matter most.

Augment your people data with our upcoming Workday integration. 

HR teams can finally have it all: The upcoming Lattice and Workday integration will efficiently enable teams to deliver strategic impact using their everyday systems.

As a Workday Innovation Partner, Lattice’s bidirectional integration will send specialized performance insights from Lattice’s Talent Suite to Workday Human Capital Management (HCM).

Soon, you can view performance ratings in Workday dashboards and run compensation reviews in Workday with performance data from Lattice. Rather than relying on manual uploads, we’ll meet you where you do your most impactful work.

Strengthen compliance in reviews with employee signatures.  

With Employee Signatures, you can capture official next-level acknowledgements directly in the Lattice review flow. Employees can review their packet before signing, and each signature will be time-stamped, logged, and exportable for clear record keeping and compliance. Employees can also add notes to provide context or feedback, ensuring more transparency and communication. 

It’s a significant change that builds trust and clarity across the review process, while supporting legal and HR requirements for many teams.

Reflect your company’s culture with custom naming in Lattice.

Every organization has its own language, and now, Lattice can speak yours. Whether you call it a “check-in” instead of a “review,” or prefer “development” instead of “growth,” our new Custom Naming Conventions functionality lets you rename key features and products across Lattice to better match your company’s culture.

We’ve continued to refine the core Lattice experience to make navigation faster, goals smoother, and actions more intuitive. Across our platform, we’ve significantly improved the user experience — for employees, managers, and HR leaders — to enhance the overall Lattice experience. 

  • Platform: Redesigned headers, global search, and standardized tabs make it easier than ever to find what you need.
  • Goals: A revamped Goals experience with bulk actions, a cleaner setup flow, and an improved explore view — to make alignment more efficient across teams. 
  • Compensation: Cycle flexibility updates will make it easier to manage complex compensation cycles. Admins will be able to more easily set eligibility rules, preview approval chains, and smoothly make mid-cycle updates for terminations or leaves. Workflow alerts flag routing or budget issues before launch, while the new table-first manager view brings faster decision-making with inline edits, saved views, and clear visibility into key data like ratings, promotions, and guidance.

Plan for the future with confidence with Succession Planning.

One of our most highly anticipated products this year, Lattice Succession Planning makes it easy to build your leadership pipeline proactively. Directly from calibration sessions, HR and leaders can identify critical roles, assess readiness, and visualize internal successors using live performance and growth data. Each plan includes visibility into past reviews, talent assessments, and development areas.  

With flexible permissions and collaboration tools, HR teams can control visibility, loop in key stakeholders, and export data for planning. The result: a smarter, seamless way to prepare for leadership transitions before they happen.
