Lattice Earns Great Place to Work Certification

That’s why making sure Lattice is a great place to work has been part of our mission from the very beginning.‍

We’re thrilled to share that Lattice has officially earned Great Place to Work® Certification™. Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership. We conducted an extensive employee survey using Great Place to Work’s rigorous and tested methodology. 

Our results make us proud to be Latticians:

• 100% of our employees would strongly endorse Lattice to friends and family.
• 100% of employees say people care about each other here.
• Our team rated our credibility, integrity, communication, community, and engagement at 98% or higher.

This certification tells us we’re on the right track — and in a time when employees have more choice than ever before, we’re grateful our employees are proud to work here at Lattice.

In all areas that the survey measures (including credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie), 97% of employees rated Lattice positively, compared to the 87% average of the 100 Best Companies according to Great Places to Work’s 2021 survey. While we’re excited by this recognition, we also take it as a challenge: How can we continue to build on our great foundation to make our culture even stronger in 2022? Already this year, we’ve rolled out a number of programs we’re really proud of, including a sabbatical program for all employees, 401(k) matching, and we made our "Recharge Days" program permanent, giving Latticians an additional seven days off every year on top of national holidays and our unlimited PTO plan. We’re excited to continue finding new and innovative ways to take care of our people, and continue to earn the trust our incredible team has shown in us through these survey results.
