The Lattice AI Agent Is Now Available to All Customers — at No Additional Cost

When we introduced the Lattice AI Agent this spring, we knew it had the potential to unlock a better, faster way to lead. And we weren’t alone — in just a few months, we’ve seen HR teams, managers, and employees use the Agent to save time, synthesize data, and scale coaching across their organizations.

Now, we’re bringing the Agent out of beta — and making its current capabilities available to all Lattice customers at no additional cost.

We previously shared that the Agent may become a paid feature, but we’ve seen the impact it’s already delivering. And as we continue our mission to make work meaningful, we’re committed to making the Agent accessible to every team to bring People + AI together to succeed.

What is the Lattice AI Agent?

The Lattice AI Agent connects data across Lattice products, acting as your always-on teammate — built to help HR scale, managers lead, and employees grow. It answers repetitive HR questions instantly, freeing up hours each week so your team can focus on strategy and culture. 

It doesn’t stop there. The Agent surfaces burnout risks, retention flags, and feedback gaps before they become problems. And it offers timely coaching for employees navigating their growth and for managers learning to lead with clarity. Whether it’s answering questions, prompting action, or guiding tough conversations, the Lattice AI Agent makes every moment at work more thoughtful, effective, and human.
