After 10 years managing and building HR and Ops functions in-house in the start-up tech sector in the bay area, I wanted to build something of my own. The mission of Briana Lenz Consulting is to help people thrive at work. Our goal is to provide small businesses in any industry with an embedded, cost effective, fully outsourced HR department that helps elevate their employee experience and delivers effective against business needs. We tackle payroll, on/offboarding, compliance, L&D, recruiting - if our clients have a business need that can be solved with HR programs, we consider it in scope!

Ongoing contracts (month to month) for fully outsourced HR coverage, with scope depending on client needs ranging from payroll, hr ops, L&D, compliance, and recruiting. Hours per month vary based on size from 10 hours to 100+. We also offer project based work (for audits, interim coverage, cleanups, and other special projects in-house resources don’t have time for or expertise in), typically from 2-6 months in duration.
