Sarah Franklin is the CEO of Lattice, leading the company’s mission to make work meaningful. With over 25 years in technology, she has a proven track record of scaling businesses, driving innovation, and building high-performing teams. Sarah spent more than 15 years at Salesforce in executive leadership roles, including President and Chief Marketing Officer, EVP of Platform and Trailhead, and head of developer initiatives. Sarah holds a dual degree in chemical engineering and biochemistry from Virginia Tech. A recognized industry leader, she has been named one of Forbes’ Most Influential CMOs, a “CMO to Watch” by Business Insider, and a recipient of Adweek’s Brand Genius Award. She also serves on the Board of Directors for PagerDuty.

Sophie is Head of People at Lattice. Prior to joining Lattice, Sophie held roles at Canva and Workfront, where she played a key role in delivering company-wide people programs and engaging with leaders to help them navigate and solve business challenges. Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Sociology & Anthropology from the University of NSW. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Sophie now lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, with her partner and two dogs.

Gabe Cortes is the Chief Financial Officer at Lattice, overseeing finance operations, IT, and business systems. He joined Lattice in August 2023, bringing over 25 years of experience in finance and operations. Previously, he was CFO at Included Health, leading two financing rounds and strategic M&A, including acquiring Doctor on Demand. Before that, Gabe was SVP of Global Field Operations at Workday, helping scale the company to over $1.5B in annual revenue. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from USC and lives in San Francisco with his wife and three children.

Eric has spent the last 15 years in the tech industry, most recently as the head of product and general manager at Gusto. He is passionate about building products people love and came to Lattice because he believes in the company’s mission to make work meaningful. Eric studied engineering at Duke University and lives in Burlingame, CA with his wife and young son. Outside of work, you can find him hiking, cooking, or chasing after his kiddo to make sure he doesn’t get into too much trouble!

Cheryl Sanclemente is the Chief Communications Officer at Lattice, where she leads the global communications team, including all internal and external communications, community relations, executive engagement programs and the Office of the CEO. Most recently, Cheryl was the Vice President of Corporate Communications at C3 AI, where her leadership spanned corporate and product public relations, CEO communications, and content strategy across the C3 AI blog and social channels. Prior to that, Cheryl was Vice President of PR at Salesforce, where she led communications for employee success, corporate social responsibility, equality, real estate, financial results, corporate brand partnerships, and product PR for eight years. Cheryl lives in the bay area with her family, and holds a bachelors degree in mass communications & philosophy from the University of South Florida.

Jared Erondu is the SVP of Brand at Lattice, overseeing both the Marketing and Design organizations. Prior to Lattice, he was the Director of Design at Teespring and an early designer at Omada Health. He’s also consulted for firms like Y Combinator, MIT, Google, and Greylock Partners. Outside of work, Jared is an active advisor, investor, and mentor. He enjoys contributing to the broader design community through projects like High Resolution (design leadership video series) and Playbook (design community).

Stephanie Waldner is SVP of Customer Experience at Lattice. Stephanie has led customer experience teams at PandaDoc, BetterCloud, and Indeed — and as a former customer herself, she is deeply passionate about the creating a best-in-class experience for all who use Lattice. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and spends most of her time outside of work chasing after her two kids and dog.
