But do you love it SO much that you'd like to help lead it?

Good news: we're currently accepting applications for Resources for Humans Ambassadors!

Applicants must be members for at least 6 months and have a positive track record within the community to apply.

What is an RfH Ambassador?

Ambassadors are members
of the Resources for Humans community recognized for their leadership, knowledge, and positive, ongoing community contributions.

Whether it’s speaking, running workshops, writing HR guides, or organizing and contributing to local events, we are always looking for passionate, engaged, and knowledgeable leaders interested in being pillars within our community. Joining the RfH Ambassador program has a few perks like:

Being officially and publicly recognized as an Ambassador within the RfH Slack community, leading and moderating discussions

Scoring exclusive invites to HR conferences and meetups

Having your voice heard through writing and speaking opportunities on Lattice and at Lattice events

Why be an RfH Ambassador?

This is who we're looking for:

You’re an expert amongst your peers and enjoy leading the conversation. Seeking and sharing your knowledge with others brings you satisfaction, and people look to you for inspiration.

You’re an A+ host with an eye for the details — especially when it comes to planning events. You like bringing people together and take joy in getting creative with how you do it.

We’re all humans, but your MO
is taking care of others. You care about people and the community, and love connecting with others. When someone has a question, you do your best to help them find the answer.

If you feel a connection with any of these qualities, apply today to be
an RfH Ambassador and someone from our community will reach out with next steps! Apply Now →
