The Reviews plan is for organizations that are only focused on performance reviews and don’t require Goals, Feedback, or Check-ins. Reviews allows businesses to get up and running quickly with a best-in-class performance review system.
The Platform plan offers the complete Lattice performance management system — Reviews, Feedback, Goals, and Check-ins. This plan gives businesses everything they need to run their specific continuous performance management process.
The Custom plan includes the entire Lattice platform and provides additional premium services and any custom features that you may need.
The minimum annual contract is $2,000. All plans feature Standard Support which includes in-app chat support, and access to our help center and weekly training webinars.
Companies with annual contracts over $10,000 qualify for Premium Support, which includes your own dedicated account manager, an upfront planning consultation, and team training sessions.
Inviting your organization to Lattice takes a matter of minutes with a simple .csv upload or through HRIS/HCM platforms that integrate with Lattice. You can launch a review cycle in less than a day but most companies spend one to four weeks developing their internal continuous feedback process, familiarizing themselves with the platform and customizing it to their needs before launch.
We take great precautions to make sure that your data is visible only to the people who should see it. Our data is hosted by Amazon Web Services, a secure cloud services platform. We also undergo regular penetration testing to ensure that your data is secure. For platform users, we control view permissions by administrator and user level to ensure that people can only access the performance management data that is relevant to them. A copy of Lattice’s Cybersecurity Policy is available upon request.
All Lattice plans include in-app chat support. We also provide customers with access to our online help center, how-to documents, a weekly webinar, videos, and performance management best practices.
Accounts with Premium Support have dedicated account management, phone and email support, implementation consultations, and training sessions.
