For Reviews, companies are able to get started on Lattice within 24 hours. For Platform, most companies take one to four weeks, depending on their organizational complexity and preparation before coming to Lattice. You’ll be able to create your own launch timeline with your account manager on your kickoff call, but we generally recommending budgeting at least a few weeks between tool selection and launching to your company.
Performance data can be sensitive, so we take great precautions to make sure your data is kept in the hands of only the people who should see it, both inside and outside your company. Our data is hosting by Amazon Web Services, a secure cloud services platform. We also do regular penetration testing to ensure your data is kept safe. For your employees, we offer administrator and basic user views to ensure that people are only seeing the performance data that is relevant to them.
At Lattice we want to provide the highest degree of customer service. In order to provide that our minimum is $10,000 for premium support, which includes your own dedicated account manager, help to design your roll-out strategy, and product training sessions. For our basic support package, the minimum is $1,500 for an annual contract.
Every Lattice customer has an dedicated account manager whose available via live chat, email, and video calls to answer any questions you may have. We also provide customers with access to our online help center, how-to documents, performance management best practices, and even performance management design discussions with our leadership team.
