I’ve spent my entire career (12 years) in scaling businesses, first starting in talent acquisition before moving to People Ops. My last full time role was as VP People at Peakon, the Employee Engagement platform. I now run The People Collective, an 8 person business, helping companies who need to build strong foundations or solve specific people challenges, with a product thinking approach as they grow, to avoid people debt.
Modular People Ops services, typically solving specific challenges faced at all stages of development within scaling organisations from Seed to Pre IPO. These could be anything from defining compensation and reward approaches with benchmarking to defining and building progression and levelling frameworks then training managers and leaders on holding effective development conversations.
